    Yes, the caller application would help with this. With the scenario you are describing you might want to at least record the name on the mailbox, so that callers know they are in the right place.

    It sounds like the caller is coming through the auto-attendant. Is the number that is calling sent to the pilot number of voicemail or could this be a caller application? If so, have there been changes to the Association table for the Caller Application Editor?

    Do you have access to the command line in Linux? Can you type ss or displog -l act ? If not, can you go to the graphic user interface to the system status or alarm logs?
