Does anyone know if there is any software out there that works with the 3300 that I can set so when an ACD Agents phone rings that you can set different ring tones for different queues?

We have been using Audio Codes Boxes and they seem to work really well.

What type of system is this on? If its an SX-2000 could be because the default username and password has not been changed.

I had the same with release 7. I had 8 3300's in a network that ran for over a year and then the problem started. I upgraded to the newest release two weeks ago and it corrected the problem.

I installed an AT&T Sierra Wireless Aircard in my laptop and since then i have to uninstall so i can upgrade a 3300. It has got something to do with ftp transfer. I was wondering if anyone had this problem and new a better fix. Thanks

I had ops man 6.11 running and i needed to upgrade to enterprise manager. The problem is that my sales people ordered the software as a new install and not the upgrade. I didn't notice it untill i needed to put in the option password. Well we have the right software and I'm trying to install it...

if you have ops man you can set it up to sync the time on the 3300.
