what is the best way to make a conference room or other equipment a "Resource" that people can check out by inviting them to a meeting? Do I need to create a user called conference room 1 and set it to automatically accept all meeting request or is there a better way? thanks -k

Yes I guess it is an "i" with a "grave" accent, but why it is there is what is bothering me. The good news is however, after deleting every normal.dot I could find it seems to have gone away. Wish I knew what made it appear in the first place. Thanks -k

No it's not the paragraph mark, let me try to post a screen shot of it here. Look at the very end of this image you will see a funny "i" after the question marks. thanks -k

what you mean the smart tags? No, not that. This is a single character that looks like an i, just like in my original post, but it shows up at the end of sentences and while in word it always on the right side of the cursor and you can't select it. -k

When typing in word or outlook this character "ì" shows up at the end of sentences, and on the right side of the cursor in word. Anyone have any idea what it is, why it's showing up and how to get rid of it? thanks -k

I think they are all one time meetings, but the people are Accepting not tenative.... I'll keep trying to find something common denominator here. thanks -k

One thing just occured to me. If the meeting organizer deletes an attendee's response to a meeting so it is not marked as read (not recoreded in the tracking tab), could this cause the meeting to be removed from the recipients calendar?? -k

When I use the outlook address book it list contacts multiple times, once for e-mail, once for fax number, etc. Can I force the address book to display the e-mail only? thanks -k
