Not sure if this is what you want, but I would get a list of existing ext. and then go in and change the names to match. Delete mailboxs that don't belong.
Make sure your voice mail ports are not assigned in #310. If this is a partner mail rel. 5 its the last port in the card, if its a partner messaging its the first ports in the card.
You needed to remove the t1 programming that existed. You cannot change from t1 to pri without removing all t1 programming. You may need to restore old backup then remove t1 programming then change to pri. This has happened more than once before and that fix seemed to work.
Try bypassing the csu by pluging straight into the 100d. This will tell you if you have the csu programmed correctly. Did you remove all the t1 programming before changing to pri? This sometimes causes a problem.
At the phone that has the light lit go off hook on the sa button and dial #54 #26. If it doesn't turn off do it again. For some reason you need to do it twice.
Give a set access to the pool for the t1 and then dial the pool access code and make the call, that way your bypassing the ars. Maybe the provider has it restricted.
Make sure you remove all programming pertaining to the t1 before you change it to pri. If you don't it seems it doesn't want to come up, or you have strange problems.
