the pc has no power *was getting occasional power and would run fine for a few restarts, then it would stop powering. it's sporadic. started after a bad t-storm* i've checked all the connections, the power supply, the ram, took out the battery.. i know it could be motherboard or cpu *motherboard...
I would like to setup 2 graphics cards. One is needed for a game that I play, the other so I can hook up cable to the computer to use it as a TV. One is AGP, the other PCI.. and when they're both in at the same time, I have no monitor.. Is there a bios setting I need to configure?
i have the network adapters and a cat5 wire but i don't have the proper tools to make it a crossover.. i was just trying dcc cause i had the stuff for it =) just thought it would be easy and fast.. guess not =) i guess i'll just give up the dcc and go w/ converting this cat5.. thanks =)
ok i did that .. and set it up as guest and the primary as host.. and it won't connect.. says the network is busy.. on the main one it doesnt see it.. asks if the computer is running.. what do i do?
how do i get direct cable connection on win2000? i have the cable and the other comp has me.. but i can't network em cause 2k doesn't have directcc.. i tried putting the files on disk.. but i don't know all the ones it needs and stuff.. and i keep getting kernell32.dll errors.. please help.. =)

it came with a disk to make it see that, but i didn't need to use it .. it saw all of it.. and fdisk did too.. and 95 version.. umm .. i am pretty sure just win95 because its disks and it doesn't say anything about it being a, b, or c
