Howdy, Anyoen know if this is possible? We are looking for a report that can calculate Occupancy (defined as Handle Time / (Sign on - Idle Time)) on a per half hour basis for our center. We can currently computer a daily total or an agent total but can't find any way to pull those particular...- kelemvor
