    Is there a way I can tell when a users account was last used, when their password was last changed, when their password is set to expire, and whether or not their account is deactivated?

    How to set up HP UX to retrieve time from a time server

    I think the command to update ntp on the HP-UX from a remote ntp server is ntpdate. There is also a daemon called xntpd. Both of these seem to have decent man pages. I have nver used it so I am sorry that I have no further information.
