I am creating a mail merge, and have a need to suppress different sections of the report. However, i have a requirement that would require suppressing a section based on two conditions.
Basically the two conditions are:

here is an example: Notice that the quotes look like they are in italics....when I manually replace them the code works.

I need to convert three fields into a single date field that can have a parameter run off of it.
Here is what i have:
I have three fields:
Table.BegMonth
Table.BegDay
Table.BegYear
I need to merge these three fields together for a field that can have a date parameter run...

Table.Yr
Basically it is the date broken into 3 seperate fields. I need to combine those fields into a workable date field for counting days.

OK I was being a little thick headed.
I have:
Set up the query using the wizard as you had suggested, and used without matching.
I have now gained connection to the .mdb file via crystal.
So my question now is:
I have the main DB, and the Excel db listed in tables. What do I need to bring...
I have the db set up and am now having a hard time connecting the querey to Crystal.
My make new connection screen shows:
Access Objects
ACE's
Objects
Queries
Relationships
I don't have a views to list what is in the database. Also when I try to move over queries there is a no read error...
