Messages getting stuck in Outbound queue
We are running Exchange 2000. Certain messages are getting stuck in the outbound queue. The messages in question will take anywhere from 1 hour to 2 days before they are delivered or it fails, while other messages are sent fine. I have researched this issue and have trying everything.
