I'll bet his Inbox has too many messages. Once the Inbox become overrun with messages, the remainder won't display. Try deleting messages or moving them to another Folder or additional Inbox. I'll bet this will take care of your problem. Ps - I have a user like this, too. HAppens every 6...- kbright
