If you have installed Version 2, you have to update the Firmware Database Via the web (Summary page), then refresh your list it should now be an option in the list for download. Good Luck.- KB99

I would concurr we have only just upgraded several of our SDLT's to V46 and it appears to have fixed them, we are however in the early stages, but results from the first few restore's show very positive results, we tried all the other options, such as Removing the SCSI management agents, this...- KB99
