What is the best way to move users of a site from A-B with the least possible hassle to users and the exchange server?

A user sends out an email using exchange server 5.5. He/She then receives a reply that the message is
Subject: Notification: A message is queued at the Internet Mail Service.
The user then loggs off and goes home the next day the msg which generated this msg has gone and another Notification...
I think the errors are related to the connection to the database but I don't know, since it's by the time when the 2nd form loads and it'll access my DB that the program breaks.
The error is something like Class can't be updated or something like that. I don't have NT right here so I can't test...

I've developed an app that is working good under Windows 98. Now I used the VB packager wizard to generate a setup file to install the app on other pcs without VB.
Under W98/ME things work good, but under NT it doesn't work at all, giving some strange errors.
I wonder would this be a problem...
