With ICS the "host" pc (the one with 2 nics) sends out DHCP. The 2nd pc should be set to DHCP (set IP address to use automatic settings). On the host pc you need to know which nic has been set to go to your internet source. If your connections are reversed it will not work. Also...- kaustin
