Corel Photo Paint steals my images preview feature on windows
Did the exact same thing to me. I had to go into Folder Options/File Types (Start/Settings/Control Panel/Folder Options) and manually change the settings so that Corel was not the default program to open .jpg, .gif, etc.- katmac
