i have run into the problem of keycodes being generated for the wrong level and have worked through that before, that actually gave me error of "wrong level". I will have the file pulled from the KRS again to try the "corrupted file" suggestion. just scratching my head at this one.

my bad. it is a 3.6, build 3.1a to a 4.0. i got a file generated for the right level against the correct SID. I have never seen this issue before and have completed 50+ of these in the past.

I'm trying to upgrade BCM400 from 3.7 to 4.0. During System Health Check I receive following error message: "Problem with the keycode file. Return value is 8 " Any suggestions?

thanks. i meant 3.1 to 4.1 to 7.0. 3.1 to 4.1 requires a data extraction tool in order to avoid reprogramming. 4.1 to 7.0 is swapping out the software card.

How would i set up the following scenario on a Partner with VS Mail Release 5? From the AA greeting, a caller can transfer to a guest mailbox. We can obviously change the greeting to reflect what we need to have the caller do.
