Thank You!!!!! I downloaded Windows Script 5.6 (one suggestion in the link you provided) from Microsoft download center, and it seemed to solve the problem that I've struggled with for a month. Numerous techs at Msn, Microsoft & Gateway were stumped with this also. Mucho Gracias!!- karmar

IE script error says "incompatible rpc stub" when attempting to print from a web page.I think the rpoblem happened when switching (I've since switched back to msn)to peoplepc; one tech had me mess with the rpc setting, now i can't find it; that may be the prob, not sure, can someone help?? much...- karmar
