It has been misunderstood. I do not want to change my numbers. I want to change the caller ID of the callers that are dialing my exchange. For example when anyone one from Germany calls me I saw on my phone 0049xxxxxx is calling. But I want to see it as 90049xxxxxx.

There is EIC code for every exchange after BC10. If all systems are sold after BC10 than you can investigate from Aastra when these EIC numbers are created. If some of them are upgraded from an earlier version you have no chance except reading the labels.

It is really hard to setup on TABS for incoming calls. While doing this you may brake the outgoing format cause it is in the same *.pdf file under pdf folder. Before trying make a safe copy of the pdf folder or you can copy the whole TABS directory. Whenever you feel you did something wrong you...
