CICS Transaction Server goes to Sleep ??
Are u executing exec cics delay interval/time command in any of ur application program running under your CICS Transaction server which goes in the sleep state?? Please check out that first.- kamals

TDQ
You need to first define a tdq, then install the tdq. Only then u can access the tdq for read or write. For defining and installing the tdq u can use CEDA command.
