The ASPNET user only needs to be installed on the web server where your application resides (wherever IIS is installed).- KAJEDev

Resolving errors!
Make sure the ASP.NET machine account has access to the folder that contains the asp.net directory on the web server. The user is 'ASPNET', and should be granted the default Read\List\Execute permissions. Hope this helps :) Ed R.- KAJEDev
