Can you check the system clock of the machine which is giving a problem ? Does it show any different system date than the ones which are running fine ? Are you filtering your data based on the system date ?

W860098 I think you will get what you are looking for in 'Show Reference' and not in 'Show Scope'. There appears to be no printing option in 'show scope' but 'show reference' definitely has print facility Vivek
