I did speak with dell on this and they suggested downgrading back to 2.7 from 2.8. They are having alot of issues with 2.8 and don't have answers yet. downgrade the driver first then the firmware. i did have trouble with the firmware creating disks, so i used the update packager and it worked...

i have the pst file options set to full control for administrators and user. pst19upg fails when it tries to convert from psx back to pst. This is driving me nuts

I moved a users pst file to another server and it is now asking for a password. tried using pst19upg.zip file and it doesn't work. Neither me or the user assigned a password.

I ended up having to rebuild. could not determine status of second container in ctrl-a. status was please wait. dell tech had me remove drives change from raid to scsi and bak again insert the drive and same thing. I had a felling this was going to happen. thanks for the response

Thanks for the info. I found out it was a firmware issue. I used the updater package from the download site and it got corrupted. I downloaded the exe to create floppys, re-installed and everything is fine.
