    Jeff, did you ever solve your problem opening PDF files in Explorer? I suddenly have the same problem in BOTH Explorer and Mozilla Firefox: whenever I try to open a PDF file in either browser, the program freezes and I have to stop running the browser. Thanks in advance -- Ken
