Hey westcoaster what do you mean unplug your TCm connections to be sure not to lose your programming. I have never heard of this but would like to here some reasoning behind it.
You must have a analog station module which is message waiting equiped. To my knowledge the ATA does not have that feature you must buy the ASMa.
In my opion you are better off buying the 7100's. They are pretty durable and would allow you easy access to the features you are looking to utalize.
Maybe I don't understand here but if you gave it another path to come in on then let it ring it would then go to VM via forward no answer, I think that is your only option?
The only suggestion is to make 4 appearences on the set forward to the NAM dn no answer and make the prime set for that line the same as the dn of that set.
