You must have a analog station module which is message waiting equiped. To my knowledge the ATA does not have that feature you must buy the ASMa. In my opion you are better off buying the 7100's. They are pretty durable and would allow you easy access to the features you are looking to utalize.

Sounds like there is some confusion between a channel and a DID? The two are quit different.

I have similar problem and a reboot of the system took care of it. The dtmf recievers are on the 6 port combo card which I believe does the clocking.

Try and give it one or two more intercom paths sounds like the DID can not reach the set for one reason or another.

The only suggestion is to make 4 appearences on the set forward to the NAM dn no answer and make the prime set for that line the same as the dn of that set.
