Depends on the page count...if you're getting close to 200K get the kit. If you're below 100K, your feed/sep rollers should be in good shape. Not that difficult a job.

I really doubt that it's any of those areas causing the problem, otherwise why wouldn't it happen on any sized print job. If your printers are getting up there in page count, I'd be replacing pickup and feed rollers and separation pads in the trays. I'd bet you're getting a timing issue...minute...

Totally different printers and different cartridges. The 95A is twice the size of the 75A!

You shouldn't be getting wrinkling with the gray envelope levers in the up position. If you are, the envelopes are not laser quality or they are of poor quality. (or it could just be very humid conditions) Check your manual or the HP website for envelope types recommended for the printer.

First thing to do is eliminate the toner cartridge as the problem...try a different one...even and empty, just to see if noise goes away.

Press both buttons together, momentarily to print a configuration page...does it show a duplexer in the options?

It should if the pdf is more than just text. Are you using the latest PCL driver?

You could try reloading the latest driver from the HP site, check your printer cable (reseat &/or try a different one).

You will get this error when the LC has been selected and the PC (tray 2) is not installed, or not installed properly. You need tray 2, as it is the paper guide for the LC. Check out tray 2 for a problem,(reseat) as well as the contacts that sense that it's installed.
