Depends on the page count...if you're getting close to 200K get the kit. If you're below 100K, your feed/sep rollers should be in good shape. Not that difficult a job.
I really doubt that it's any of those areas causing the problem, otherwise why wouldn't it happen on any sized print job. If your printers are getting up there in page count, I'd be replacing pickup and feed rollers and separation pads in the trays. I'd bet you're getting a timing issue...minute...
You shouldn't be getting wrinkling with the gray envelope levers in the up position. If you are, the envelopes are not laser quality or they are of poor quality. (or it could just be very humid conditions) Check your manual or the HP website for envelope types recommended for the printer.
You will get this error when the LC has been selected and the PC (tray 2) is not installed, or not installed properly. You need tray 2, as it is the paper guide for the LC. Check out tray 2 for a problem,(reseat) as well as the contacts that sense that it's installed.
