    Sorry when I say rename I mean e.g Richard to richard_old the same difference as deleting, just for testing purposes. Hope this makes sense. Makes it easier rather then deleting every time. j

    No I didn't because I thought it would redirect to the same desktop folder on the server, as if you were logging onto another PC it would create a new local profile and as you said it should just redirect to the same desktop again, the same as my docs. My docs still redirects. Thanks, J
