    turn off WLM

To Turkbear: No, upon startup only. The WLM screen will ask me to log in, and I close then I r/c on the little man in the task bar and select exit. This turns it off until next time I reboot. To kjb1611: I a using a wifi hookup since that is what our town uses. No, I am not from the hills...

    system startup addition

BadBigBen, what does ORB stand for? I found the 'startup folder' by going to th 'START' button, 'PROGRAMS', 'PROGRAM FILES'. I did this since it is the only way other than 'windows explorer' or 'search' of finding something on my PC, but I am still at lost of knowing what ORB stands for. Thanks

    D/L Problem

Since my new purchase of a PC with Vista Home as my OS, I have been unable to download any, repeat ANY zip files. Unless it is in the form of an .exe file, I am out of luck. Any suggestions? Thank you

Vista changes setting on its own

Yes, it is a NEW PC just ordered from DELL so drivers are all correct [or should be]. The item suggested is UNCHECKED and PC still changes on its own.

Vista changes setting on its own

I am the only one using my PC which has Vista Basic installed and always in admin mode, yet it always keep changing resolution and font on its own. I need it bigger so I can see. It will not save settings once I get it the way I want.
