    The SNMP.exe service on my Windows 2000 server will begin consuming 20-30% of the server's CPU.     I am having a problem where the screen saver wait timer resets to 60 minutes after I shutdown and restart my computer. I can change the time and it will hold until the system is shutdown. What is causing this? Thanks, Janet
