Alright, well it was *6 for N/A, *5 forwarded all calls as in it wouldn't even ring so not sure what that option is considered. *7 didn't do anything. Thanks for your help!- JWagnerPSS

Thank you for the quick reply, I'll let you know in a few if this fixes these. On the actual phones, when I pick up the head set the little LCD display that has the options FDA and FDN, these would have nothing to do with the call forward would they? Neax 2000 IVS won't go to vmail
Let me preface this by saying that I am a network admin and know nothing of this phone system, I'm pretty sure it was put in before I was born. Anyhow, we have a Neax 2000 IVS system with Dterm Series E NEC phones. 2 of our lines now will not go to voicemail when rang. DND is not set on...- JWagnerPSS
