Further to my other thread I've discovered that the reports calculate the wrong values in a print or print preview.
A bit of Googling as confimed that it appears to be a general bug in Access (dating from Access 97!).
Can anybody suggest a way round it?
With a bit of investigation I've found that it only happens when the report is run from the switchboard, but if I open the report up directly it shows the correct values.
Does anybody know of an issue with the switchboard?
Does anybody else have any ideas?
If I delete all the relevant records in the tables and recreate them I get the same result so I'm beginning to think I've found a little bug in Access?
