NS700, two phones can't call one outside number

Apparently this has to do with a CLIP setting, but our Telecom provider won't tell us what. Do you by chance know what it might be? Thanks.

NS700, two phones can't call one outside number

Looking in Meraki, I only see these phones with those unique IPs. If there was a conflict, we'd see the cameras too. Great idea though, I'll keep an eye out for that in the future.

NS700, two phones can't call one outside number

    They're Panasonic VOIP phones, PoE.

NS700, two phones can't call one outside number

Yup, they've been fine for years. I don't think the settings have been edited for years either. We have to dial 9 to get an outside line, but there's no toll restriction or CoS special settings at all. No line faults either.

NS700, two phones can't call one outside number

This makes no sense. Two of our phones on a particular NS700 PBX can't call a local outside business. Nothing on the PBX has been changed or modified in any way that would cause this. Any thoughts on what might be causing this, and how we can fix it? Thanks,

One panasonic phone won't get vm

I have one teacher who can get calls on her room phone. But furthermore, you can hear her voicemail recording and record a message for her, but she won't be notified of the voicemail, get the email, or be able to listen to it. Her voicemail menu says "No messages". Anyone deal with this before?

NS700, have an extension on one PBX forward to another at lunchtime

Is it possible to set an extension on one of our buildings PBX to forward to an extension on another PBX in another building at 12:30 let's say?

NS700, find out what digit lets me dial out

Where in the NS700 PBX can I check to see what number or extension I need to dial first to make an outside call? For one of our buildings, I thought it was just pressing 9 and then dialing the number, but there seems to be another extension you need to dial first and nobody knows what it is. Thanks!

NS700, give each person their own direct line

Can I give each member of staff their own direct dial number with the NS700?

    NS700, multiple emergency conference groups?

Well, thank you for your honesty. Is there truly no other way?

    NS700, multiple emergency conference groups?

Hi, we have three school buildings on the same NS700 PBX. We're trying to set up different emergency call groups so if one school dials 911, it doesn't send alerts to people at the other schools. Is it possible to segregate staff into different groups on one single PBX for emergency calls so...

    NS700, ring tones?

Can I use the NS700 to assign different ring tones to certain extensions? Or is it by group only? If just group, where do I change that? Thanks.

    NS700, paging volume low

One of our schools has been complaining about low paging volume. I've addressed it once before and it seemed to work fine a few months ago, all I had to do was raise the volume on speaker phone. It seems to be low volume when paging again, but the volume is still cranked up. Is there anything...

NS700 not going to Night menu

Ok, does anybody know if it matters what order CS Menus are in?

NS700 not going to Night menu

Hi EJMP, does it matter what numerical order the CS Menus are in? Like, does Day Control have to be No.1, Time Control No. 2, etc?
