Dell Latitude D620 Laptop running WXP SP3, CDRW/DVD drive WILL play audio CD's and DVD video's, HOWEVER, it will not read data CD's. Have tested with multiple data CD's and were able to read the data CD's in at least 2 other workstations. The CDRW/DVD drive is "TSST TS-L462D 24x Slim CDRW/DVD"...

Resolved. Believe it or not once the User Profile Hive Cleaner was run, all of the profiles deleted with no problems.

Originally we wanted to try to resolve the issue without having to reboot the mail server. We finally gave in, waited till midnight on Saturday night and rebooted the mail server from the console. It worked.

Did an RDP connection to the Exchange Server and rebooted it. Exchange 2003 is up and running fine, however I am no longer able to connect to Exchange through RDP. Am able to sign onto it through the console. Any ideas or suggestions how to correct this?
