Microsoft vs Roxio
I have a Dell 4400 running XP. After doing some OS updates, the cd burner sofware (Roxio) stopped recognizing blank media, and thus won't record. This seems to be a common and known problem, there are faq's on it (update the roxio sofware, done, no joy). I called microsoft, they said...- juneaumark
