SMS_Executive will not start
Thanks for your interest. I have rebuilt the server from scratch, installed the SQL database on the site server instead of a remote server, rebooted a million times and called Microsoft. So far, I have no resolution from Microsoft. I will keep you posted.- judyf

SMS_Executive will not start
I have a new install of SMS 2.0 with Service Pack 3. SMS and SQL 7 are both loaded on a Windows 2000 Server. Here is my problem: When I try to start the Discovery Manager, I get the error: For the requested operation to complete, SMS_EXECUTIVE must be running. Start or Resume...- judyf
