Suddenly I am not hearing the RAN on my AWU. I get the call, but just dead air. I am able to hear it using the Access code however. I am running an Option 81c, rls 25.5. Nothing in the logs that I noticed. Any ideas?

Here is what's happening. With the last few storms we have gotten, we lose power for short periods of time (anywhere from 10 secs to 5 min). Our backup batteries kick in but, I have one super loop that just loses power. It's as if you actually turned the power off to the shelf. No lights...

I am toying around with a 3904 setup as an ACD. I have not been able to get a message light for the DN (assigned to key 3). Is this possible?

You can build Authorization codes and assign a COS to them. This would allow long distance/international dialing. These can be setup via LD 88
