    VMPRO5.EXE and Windows XP problem

I have an Avaya IP Office 403 and the VMPRO software sits on an HP D330 with Windows XP Pro SP1 as the OS. The vmpro5.exe keeps generating a fault and freezing/crashing the PC. Can anyone point me in the direction of a resolution???
