Im using the Bundled software that came with this particular Burner its ULEAD software and i know that the box list Windows 2000... We are trying to add a DVD Burner for backup purposes for backup of software that needs to go off site... Instead of paying 200+ dollars and 70+ for a tape each...

The Burner lists Windows 2000 on the box for software i would think this would include drivers for the Hardware... I installed the Burner but was unsuccessful in getting the Burner to be recoginized when trying to burn a DVD.... Is there anything im missing or doing incorrectly when setting this up?

I know about exporting but i need the ability for users to run reports but not have the capabilities of changing reports...

ok on my event log i do get a MSExchangeAL and an MsExchange DSACCESS error messages in my event viewer didnt see anything in my queue log what does this mean?? im starting to think to start from scratch and also look at the possibility of disabling my firewall on my router and see if that helps any
