This copy of XP was pre-installed by the manufacturer so I don't have an actual Windows XP installation CD. Therefore, I don't think I can do a repair reinstall. To make matters worse, I can't even find my restore CDs that came with the computer. John

I have inserted an AutoCAD 2000 drawing into a Visio 2002 Professional drawing but it will not print. The print preview looks OK but when I print, all I get is a blank piece of paper. The printer works with other applications and prints Visio shapes fine. Does anyone have a solution for this...
