We got it fixed. It was a setting in the system bios on the Audix side. The PS2/Mouse setting got enabled and needed to be disabled. Apparently a link cannot be established if this port is enabled.
Thanks again for all of your suggestions.
I reseated the TN765 card and did a system reset 1. For a few seconds when it came back up I had a green light on the card. Then it went away and there are no lights.
If I do a test data 7050 the result is ABORT with an error code of 1030.
I may try a system resest 5 and reseating the card...
On the audix side I ran a diagnose switch link on the board and got
Ectest: Warning #FA304
The application software running in Eiconcard #1 was stopped.
Donyou know how I get it started?
Will do.
I am able to call the voicemail ports if you mean the extensions that are listed in the hunt group for audix.
Thanks again for your suggestions.
My apologies.
I am able to log on to Audix.
I have a Event 4 Count 30 Major Alarm - Voltage(s) outside range. My predecessor states this has always been there.
I believe my integration is a DCIU link. Can you tell me how to make sure?
