    It works now, I need to go to browse to choose the user from the active directory list. When I added the user by typing in domain\username, it does not work.

    yes, The message I am getting is logon account failed to access the microsoft exchange mailbox. Access is denied.

    Hi, user account and mailbox is created with full rights everywhere, name appears on global address book. but when I choose mailbox nothing happens, it looks like it is going into an infinite loop. Someone informed me we need outlook installed to set the MAPI. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
