Thanks, It took awile but I discovered that my problem was Norton Internet Security (NIS) being enabled on the WIn 2K server computer. Once I disabled it, I was able to ping myself and ping other computers on the LAN. I installed it because I wanted a second layer of security, unfortunately... -

Upgraded to Win98, Now Network Doesn't Work
Have you checked the IP addresses on each System? What Classification are you running, A,B, or C. Is your default subnet Masks the same? Ping the NIC card and the router. I hope some of these questions will help you.- jrtech
