PHANTOM RING ON EXT. 21 (NORSTAR)
Help... I installed a 8x16 ics phone switch. Customer is complaining of phantom ring on ext 21. I installed a doorbell unit on ext. 32 that points or rings on ext 33 but ext 33 is connected to an ATA single analog corless phone, on ext 21 it also has a answer DN witch is ext 33. ext 21 has to...- jrs6899

Vodavi Starplus & Vodavi 4 port V-mail Relocation
I'm relocating a Vodavi Starplus with an expantion module. Total of 14 lines and Vodavi 4 port V-mail. How long can they stay off, do I power off the Phone System or the V-MAIL first or will they both loose the programming once they are power off. Please Help, Thank You.- jrs6899
