Anyone know how to play the system message with instructions on how to dial by last name when transferring within Intuity Audix? When in a mailbox you can press *A and hear a nice set of instructions, but I want to make it an option on my auto-attendant without recording my own voice. Thanks! Josh

Does anyone know the command to clear all connections to ASA? My laptop crashed while I was editing a page in ASA, and now when I log back in and try to change anything, I get the message "cust:ch aar analysis 0 has data locked"... Thanks! Josh

I'm having major chatter problems on my LAN, and I solved the issue temporarily by filtering certain protocols on the Accelar using the IP Traffic-Filter. When I drop all ICMP packets, the congestions calms down...I'd like to know what host on my network is generating all the network chatter...

I finally got my Accelar 1200 to route, and now I want it to stop! I have 6 different VLANs, each in a different subnet. Currently I can ping across them, as my isolated routing port is routing, and I want to restrict that. How do I do this using the IP Policy or IP Filter section? 10.0.1.x/24...

I have a group-page with 32 members and when I dial it I get a slow busy. I can't remove and recreate, since it says "object in use". How do I busy it out and release it, as I would an extension? Or, how do I find out what is using the group page extension? Thanks! Josh

I'm about to roof test this damn "routing" switch...it won't route! I read the pdf about setting up routing, took 1 port out of the vlans and made it an isolated routing port, with an IP on a totally different network, to talk to the internet gateway (firewall). OK, so it'll route...

I'm version 11 on a G3si. Do I have to do a vector? Right now the phones ring, I just can't log in or log out!!

So how do I add a split? I have no splits when I do a List bcms split

ok, now the auto-in seems to work, and when I dial the fac + hunt group (170+30) I get 3 tones indicating a log-in? When I dial the aux-work code (171+30) I get the wobble tone...???

Hmmm. I have a G3si v11, and i did what you guys suggested. My Auto-In and Aux-work buttons don't seem to do much. The auto-in doesn't do anything, and the aux-work flashes the green light 3 times. Shouldn't these lights stay lit so we know if we're logged in or out? Thanks, josh

Hi all, I need some help setting up a "simple" call center. Each agent has a personal DID, and there are 15 agents in the call center. I was told to create a UCD-MIA hunt group for them, and now I need to program a login and logout button for the 8410 phones. How do I do this, and...
