Does the firewall block just one terminal and allow others to load properly? I will be back onsite tomorrow so I will check. Maybe a windows update kicked it back on.

I tried running the batch file again but it didn't install the service, I went into an older batch file and found the command you mentioned above. I then ran that in an elevated command prompt and it installed asking me which account to use. I configured it to use the aloha "customer" account...
I'll give that another shot. I double checked and it's not in the services so I was going to manually enter it there but I'll run this again first. Should I register the CTLSVR first or after I run the file?
Should CTLSVR show up in the windows services? It only appears in the task manager once I start the Aloha Manager.
If it should be how do I add it? In a network guy so this is a bit out of my usual area.
Just an update, the version is actually 6.2.18
The file that was run by accident was an older version of Register_Iber.bat
It appears like the EOD isn't able to start the Aloha Manager, maybe a security issue?
