I agree 100% we too are experiencing the upgrade to NW5SP4 issue with NWAGENT abending a 5.1 server. I have back rev'd and still no luck. I am convinced that CA really don't have a clue as to fix this problem permanently. Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

I also use the Auto Archive and it works like a charm. However, it does not archive shared folders. This could be an issue if your users have multiple shared folders.
