We use 4412s and all the buttons map 1 to 1, 2 to 2, etc. This is the only 3810 in the orginization, so I never thought for a moment that the 3810 would need special consideration.
Finally got it working after Avaya figured out that the 4 programable buttons on the 3810 do not matchup to the 1234 etc button programing entries in IP Office Manager version 5.2(54). On the 3810 buttons 1&2 matchup with 8&9 in manager and 3&4 matchup with 1&2 in manager. Go figure, but the...
I just had an interview this afternoon that went well. The I.T. Director wants to see my MS transcript to verify the certifications that I have obtained. The problem here is that on my resume I only listed 70-270, 70-290, and A+. However, I have an MCSE in NT 4.0. I didn’t include it on my...

Thanks for the reply folks. What I ended up doing was uninstalling ACU by deleting it's directory and installing the latest version. Everything seems to have worked out.
Thanks,
John
I administer a couple Proliant ML350 G3 servers that no one knows the password for the Array Configuration Utility. Should I simply uninstall and reinstall the Compaq Management Agents or just components of the Agent? If only need to uninstall portions of the agents which agents need to be...
