hello This is funny but i figured out the problem.. My girlfriend changed the text font settings in Notepad and IE without telling me! sorry for the hassle and thanks for your help :)- jp8au

hi everyone, i am having a problem with windows default text in internet explorer and notepad. the text has become huge and i dont how to restore to the old text settings. Does someone know whats going on? thanks in advance johno- jp8au
