Internal DN 1234 is forwarded to an external mobile number.
Does this command work in case mobile phone is busy, can the call be further treated by the CCMS?

We don’t know 100% tool, but run monthly Agent Performance Report and then calculate Short Calls / Calls Answered.
It cannot be pure chance when every month the same people have i.e two times higher numbers then the most of other.

Thanks for your answer. But rather then interval report I am finding for config report to get all Agents with all skillsets configured including priorities if possible.

According the Documentation there is reccomended to create just FFC VTLN and Phantom TNs with CLS ELA.
But Phoneset must be connected to physical TN. There is no physical TN setup described …...
