Same problem with my HP they are weird with a USB mouse, like dIXIb said unplug the mouse and reboot. Keep trying it, it will eventually start. Josh

The mobo is a MSI 2000, onboard sound, and video. The problem arose after starting the computer up after a few weeks of sitting around. The only thing that was changed in the computer while it sat was a CDRW drive was taken out, I put that back in and it still hangs. Thanks Josh

yea make sure u do 1 driver at a time it gets really confusing if u do alot at 1 time and I would try to get ur mouse fixed so u can go into windows and use ur mouse its alot easier to install drivers in windows Hope that helped Joshs328
