Hi, I was wondering how long it takes after successful backup of IS for the logs to clear. Should it be immediate or is there a delay. Also is normal the right kind of backup and do I have to backup anything but the IS to get the log files to clear? Thanks

Yes I am trying from the same machine. I can access exchange with my browser and logon with no problem. I retyped the username and password in OE several times and still no luck.

That what the message says but I am sure the password and username are right and the same combo of username and password works in the full version of Outlook and OWA.
