We have upgraded from CCME & CUE to CCM & CUCM.
In the CCME we had the setup where the manager had calls diverted on busy or no answer to his PA. The manager basically picked up the calls they wanted to answer.

Managed to figure it out!!
It was a stored password issue with the user.
I Ran the following command
rundll32.exe keymgr.dll,KRShowKeyMgr
Then Removed the offending from the list and it is fine now.
What a nightmare to troubleshoot though!!

I've been using Excel 2002 (Office XP suite)and suddenly after working for years, anytime I try using the send to (as attachment) it pops up with an Internet Connection wizard.

I don't think I'd like to go down a 3rd party route however. I prefer if I could just script it myself so that it automates, even if that means exposing the password within the script.
I have several users I have created a script to configure several tools in XP as they don't have admin rights to the PC.
Unfortunately only way I have managed to to use the runas command:
runas /user:computer\administrator "C:\mytool.cmd"

Have you checked the daylight savings time in Outlook itself for both users?
In Tools -> Options -> General tab -> Calendar Options -> Time Zone.
Make sure both are the same or you get the hour difference in meetings.

I have an issue with an HP compaq nx9030 laptop.
When I'm on the network it's fine, but when I work offline at home the date always resets to 01/01/04 and I've taken the machine off the local lan (domain) and put it back on and it does the same thing. Anyone any ideas?

When you use Windows Explorer in XP it splits the window into a list of folders, drives etc. and a view of the stuff inside the folder/drive you have highlighted.
